The Final Galactic is a 3D Point-and-click puzzle game where the player controls a lone robot navigating an abandoned spaceship. Uncover clues, solve environment-bases puzzles, repair key systems across the ship before being lost to space.
Introduction
This solo project was created in my final-year university to showcase my skills in design, programming, and 3D art. Over the course of a year, I developed The Final Galactic from concept to completion.
The process taught me how to manage a large project independently - from documentation and planning to asset creation and gameplay implementation. My goal was to create a cohesive, atmospheric experience that challenged players with creative and rewarding puzzles.


My Contributions

Game & Puzzle Design: Designed all puzzles, each incorporating inventory - based logic, contextual clues, and spatial exploration.

Inventory System: Implemented a drag-and-drop inventory system allowing players to collect and use items contextually.

Customer Interactions: Scripted interactions with environment, collecting items, and puzzle logic.

3D Art: Modelled and textured the entire environment, props.
